Colonial Media + Entertainment has relaunched Country “Bob 103.9” WBYB Eldred/Bradford PA as “99.1 & 103.9 The Eagle“.
With new WAGL call letters in place for 103.9, the move corresponds with the launch of 99.1 W256BS Olean NY to serve the Olean NY side of the market. The “Eagle 99.1” branding had previously been used by Colonial for a previous translator in the Olean market with a Classic Country format. That translator was sold and moved to Bethlehem PA in the 250 mile waiver window last year.
