Midwest Family Broadcasting has launched Classic Rock “95.7 The Lake” W239CJ/WQLQ-HD2 Benton Harbor MI.
The new format launched on Wednesday, January 30 at 12pm under the oversight of Midwest Family Broadcasting Benton Harbor/South Bend Director of Programming and Content Bill Gamble. The station is branding as “Quality Rock” with a playlist including The Beatles, U2, The Rolling Stones, Coldplay, Dylan, and REM with deeper cuts and live tracks included.
The station will run jockless.
W239CJ had been rebroadcasting Sports 1400 WSJM, whose programming is now heard on FM on 106.1 W291DK St. Joseph.
