In its first major move after closing on its $1.25 million acquisition of Alternative 94.7 KZND-FM Houston and Rhythmic AC “Movin 105.7” KMVN Anchorage AK, Robert and Tor Ingstad’s Last Frontier Mediactive has relaunched KZND as “94/7 Alternative Anchorage“.
KZND-FM has bounced back and forth between Alternative and Active Rock over its history and had begun to phase in its former “The End” moniker again in recent months. This move eliminates all of the harder rock and much of its 1990s gold for a more current/recurrent based Alternative presentation.
