Following the move of ESPN Radio to Cumulus Media’s newly launched 630 WSBN, Urban One Sports “The Team 980” WTEM Washington DC has added programming from Fox Sports Radio.
WTEM will air Fox Sports Radio’s The Odd Couple with Chris Broussard and Rob Parker from 7-10pm, The Jason Smith Show with Mike Harmon from 10pm-2am, and The Ben Maller Show from 2-6am on weekdays plus all weekend programming outside of local play-by-play.
FOX Sports Radio is pleased to announce that The Team 980/WTEM in Washington, D.C., is the latest addition to the 24/7 sports network’s growing roster of more than 400 affiliates nationwide reaching nearly 15 million listeners monthly. The Team 980 has added several FOX Sports Radio (FSR) programs to its weekday and weekend roster.
Effective immediately, The Odd Couple with Chris Broussard and Rob Parker (7 – 10 p.m. ET), The Jason Smith Show with Mike Harmon (10 p.m. – 2 a.m. ET) and The Ben Maller Show (2 – 6 a.m. ET) have joined the station’s Monday through Friday lineup. The Team 980 is also airing FOX Sports Radio’s full lineup of weekend programming outside of play-by-play.
