iHeartMedia has made some downsizing moves in its Las Vegas/Central California Region this week.
Starting in Las Vegas where Chris Pickett is out as Program Director of AC “Sunny 106.5” KSNE and Rhythmic CHR “Real 103.9” K280DD/KYMT-HD2. He also co-hosted mornings at KSNE with Joanna using the on-air name ‘Marco’. Pickett joined KSNE in 2012 as Operations Manager of the Las Vegas cluster after previously holding those duties for the company in Tucson and Colorado Springs. He also briefly programmed Emmis CHR “Radio Now 93.1” WNOU Indianapolis.
Over in Fresno there were a pair of exits. Nick Cash departs as Brand Manager/afternoon host at Country “102.7 The Wolf” KHGE while also overseeing “Fox Sports 1340” KCBL and Christian Preaching 1130 KRDU. Jason Hurst departs as morning co-host at AC “Soft Rock 98.9” KSOF and “Sunny 102.3” KJSN Modesto. Teri Ann Schlesser remains in place in mornings at both stations.
