[membership level="2,3"] AM Changes Entercom Sports " 560 The Joe " WQAM Miami has applied to relocate from its tower site on Virginia Key to its current auxiliary site as it has been notified that its lease will not be renewed. WQAM will relocate to the tower site that is currently home to 1360 WQVN North Miami and 1450 WKAT Miami with a reduction to 4.1kW day/1kW night from its current 5kW/1kW. 1360 WQVN ha been co-located with WQAM until making its own move to the 1450 site in May 2018. FM Changes Magic Broadcasting has applied for new facilities for three of its four FMs in Panama City FL. CHR " Island 106 " WILN Panama City seeks to build a new 499 foot tower at the site it currently shares with co-owned 100.1 WWLY Panama City Beach and 101.1 WYOO Springfield as well as Great American Media's 105.1 WASJ Panama City Beach. WILN will operate 50kW/119.6m if approved. The filing states that the current 300 foot tower on the site was destroyed by Hurricane Michael but none of the stations ever filed for STA authority to operate elsewhere since. Classic Country " Wild Willie 100.1 " WWLY and Conservative Talk " News Talk 101 " WYOO apply to relocate to the tower of Great American Media's 95.9 WRBA Springfield where WWLY will operate with 18kW/119.6m and WYOO with 4.5kW/119.6m . FCC Actions The FCC affirmed the summary decision by FCC Chief Administrative Law Judge Richard L. Sippel to delete the licenses for William Zawila's 100.1 KNGS Coalinga, the Estate of HL Charles' 102.1 KZPE Ford City and the Estate of Linda Ware's 103.1 KZPO Lindsay CA. The stations were designated for a license renewal hearing in 2003 over whether Zawila misrepresented to the FCC technical and rule violations, unauthorized transfer of control, and lack of candor and misrepresentation. The hearing was stayed until 2015 and the judge ordered in May 2016 that Zawila had repeatedly failed to comply with discovery obligations and held him in default. The FCC also dismissed a related Petition For Reconsideration filed by Michael Couzens that removed Avenal Educational Services' 106.9 KAAX Avenal and Central Valley Educational Services' 94.7 KYAF Firebaugh CA from the above proceedings as being defective.
