Greg Bojko is selling his 50% stake in GSB Media LLC to co-owner A Wray Fitch in a deal with many pieces. Fitch will buy out Bojko’s ownership stake in “Bay Country 97.9” WBEY-FM Crisfield and Classic Country “Wow 101.1” WICO-FM Snow Hill MD along with operational control via LMA of Variety Hits 96.5 WCTG West Pocomoke MD/101.5 WVES Chincoteague VA and WICO-FM simulcaster 99.3 WOWZ-FM Accomac VA.
Bojko will receive 60% of the funds in the company’s bank account as of June 12 minus the $10,000 SBA loan the company received. Bojko will also receive 50% of any proceeds from a sale or lease of 99.3 WOWZ-FM or its equipment and 50% of any amount over $350,000 of a sale of WBEY-FM and WICO-FM before May 1, 2021. Bojko will resign from the management of the stations on June 12

Riviera Communications buys 98.3 W252BE Tarrant/Birmingham AL from Shelby Broadcast Associates for $184,000. The translator has rebroadcast the buyer’s Regional Mexican “La Jefa” 1220 WAYE Birmingham since 2014.
