The station will be managed by Real Media Group LLC head Luis Morales. Morales owns 1230 WESX Nahant and 1300 WJDA Quincy MA. An LMA already went into effect with the station reportedly now running Spanish Christian programming.

Wolfhouse Radio Group sells Regional Mexican “La Buena 103.5” KRAY-FM Salinas/103.3 K277AH Watsonville CA and Ranchera “Radio Lobo” 106.3 KMJV Soledad to California Ortiz & 2 Media for $900,000. Not included in the sale is 1570 KTGE Salinas.

Flambeau Broadcasting sells Classic Hits “93.1 The Dice” WJBL and Sports 1340 WLDY Ladyswmith WI to Zoe Communications for $100,000. An LMA to the buyer already took effect.

Bud Walters is transferring his Southwest Michigan Media’s Country “Q95” 95.3 WQTE and News/Talk 1490 WABJ Adrian MI to Julie Koehn for $1 and the assumption of up to $600,000 in obligations. Walters acquired the two stations in November 2019 for $450,000. Koehn’s Lenawee Broadcasting Company owns Full Service AC 103.9 WLEN Adrian.

Michael Mallace is selling his 50% stake in Desert Explorer Communications’ 103.5 KDVK Dove Creek CO (application pending to relocate to Navajo Mountain AZ) and 98.3 K252ER Chinle AZ to partner Thomas Troland for $24,461. The duo purchased KDVK in January for $40,000 and added the translator in May for $2,000.
