Following the exits of their morning and afternoon shows last week as part of iHeartMedia’s ongoing layoffs, iHeartMedia CHR “Power 96.1” WWPW Atlanta has begun restaffing.
MiKeith Teague has relocated to Atlanta to host nights at WWPW. Teague has been hosting nights at “Z107.7” KSLZ St. Louis the past few weeks, but was part of the Jordan & Kristie morning show before that show ended in early November. He also is a mixer for “100.3 The Beat” KATZ-FM and will continue both roles, while now based in Atlanta.
He isn’t the only iHeartMedia staffer who appears to be headed to WWPW. “Z104.3” WZFT Baltimore evening host Shelby Sos has announced she will be relocating to WWPW in the dual role of morning show producer and midday host in a few weeks.
