Beasley Media shifted “107.7 Jamz” WUKS St. Pauls/Fayetteville NC from R&B Oldies to a current based Adult R&B presentation on Thursday, April 1.
Sporting new “Smooth R&B and Old School” positioning, the move places WUKS back in direct format competition with Cumulus Media’s “Magic 106.9” WMGU Southern Pines. WUKS continues to feature Reach Media’s Russ Parr Show in mornings, ABC Audio’s Deja Vu Show in middays, Program Director Kenny J in afternoons, and ‘The Big Teddy Bear’ at night.
WUKS held a 5.9 share in the Fall 2020 Nielsen Audio ratings, trailing WMGU’s 7.7 share. The station continues to flank Beasley’s market leading Hip Hop “Foxy 99.1” WZFX and its 13.8 share.
