Alpha Media has announced the promotions of Brian Foster and Les Tuttle to Regional Vice Presidents.
Foster has been General Manager of the Aurora and Joliet IL cluster that has been passed from NextMedia to Digity to Alpha since 2005 after serving as General Sales Manager for four years. He also was Vice President of NextMedia’s NM360 Digital from 2008 to 2015. He will now oversee Alpha’s stations in Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin.
Tuttle has led the Alpha clusters in Farmington and Moberly MO since 2010. He has 36 years of experience in station management with stints including as GM of Saga Yankton SD, Duhamel Broadcasting, and Regional Manager for Waitt Media. He will now oversee all of Alpha’s stations in Missouri and Minnesota plus select markets in Iowa.
Alpha Media (the “Company”), a leading mid-market broadcaster operating radio stations across 44 markets in the United States, today announced the promotion of Brian Foster and Les Tuttle to the roles of Regional Vice Presidents.
Foster will oversee Alpha markets in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan, while Tuttle will handle Missouri, Minnesota, and select markets in Iowa. Both Foster and Tuttle will report to Chief Operating Officer Larry Bastida.
Alpha recently announced that Zoe Burdine-Fly had joined the company as a Regional President.

Foster has worked in the Chicago market as General Sales Manager and Market Manager for the last twenty years. In addition, Foster served as Vice President of NM360 Digital from 2008 to 2015. During that time, Foster was named to the “Top 40 Under 40” list by Radio Ink magazine.
Over the past eleven years, Les Tuttle has been Market Manager for Alpha Media in Moberly-Farmington-Festus, including eight radio stations, two information portals, and all digital marketing services. Les has managed radio stations for 36 years. In addition to Missouri, his career has taken him to markets in North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois.
