After almost three years at SummitMedia CHR “Star 102.1” WWST Sevierville/Knoxville TN, Kayla Morgan has resigned to return to her native Michigan.
Morgan joined WWST in December 2019 first as night host and later moved to afternoons. Prior to arriving in Knoxville, Morgan worked in promotions and later on-air at CBS Radio/Entercom Detroit where she would spend a year in middays at CHR “98.7 Amp Radio” WDZH and then fill-ins following its flip to Soft AC “98.7 The Breeze“. She will continue to track middays for SummitMedia Hot AC “Mix 97.3” WPYA Birmingham and CHR “Channel 94.1” KQCH Omaha.
SummitMedia is seeking a replacement for Morgan on-air, who will also hold Assistant Program Director duties. Full details here.
