Beasley Media Country “Kicks 99” 99.5 WKXC-FM Aiken SC/ Augusta GA has promoted cluster Digital Program Director Blaine ‘Cody’ Jackson to morning co-host alongside Byan ‘Dub’ Axelson.

Jackson previously programmed iHeartMedia’s Country “105.7 The Bull” WLUB and Classic Country “106.3 The Bull Icons” W292EE/WLUB-HD2 Augusta from 2017 to 2020. She began her career at iHeartMedia Macon as a board operator eventually rising to PD of their Newnan GA stations and then “96.5 The Bull” WIHB Macon. She joined Beasley Augusta as Digital Program Director in 2021.

She succeeds Jess Poxson, who departed the station at the end of 2022 to relocate back to her native Michigan.

Beasley Media Group announces Digital Program Director, “Cody” Blaine Jackson, has been named the co-host on Kicks 99’s Wake Up Krew with Dub and Cody morning show in Augusta, Georgia. She officially began her new role on WKXC-FM on January 3, 2023.

Jackson, who has been with the company since 2021, will join Bryan “Dub” Axelson in the morning on WKXC while maintaining her role as Digital Program Director on behalf of the cluster.
