Family Life Communications, Inc. is combining its three license holding corporations as Intentional Life Media. The Michigan based non-profit renamed one of its holding companies to Intentional Life Media from Family Life Broadcasting System as it acquires the license assets held by the Arizona non-profit Family Life Broadcasting, Inc. and New Mexico non-profit Family Life Broadcasting, Inc. with remaining as its parent company. The group operates the Christian AC “Family Life Radio” based at 104.1 KFLT-FM Tucson and is unrelated to the New York/Pennsylvania based “Family Life” network.

Translator Sales
Daryl O’Neal’s Recharge Media PBC buys 102.1 K271BC Burnet TX from Richard Herring for $29,995. A previous sale of the translator to Gerald Benavides last March never closed.
