iHeartMedia has announced that Kim Williams will succeed Andy Lohman as Area President of their Alaska and Hawaii properties upon Lohman’s retirement on October 1.
Williams, who has been Market President for their Fairbanks AK cluster since 2009, will oversee operations in Anchorage, Fairbanks and Honolulu. She began her career as an account executive in Anchorage for Pacific Star Communications through their absorption into AMFM and Clear Channel.
iHeartMedia Division President Dan Lankford, who Williams will report to, stated, “I have had the privilege of working with Kim over the past four years while she served as Market President for Fairbanks. I’m excited to see Kim’s passion and experience expand to all of the iHeartMedia stations across the entire Alaska and Hawaii area.”

Lohman has served as Area President since August 2022 after a decade as Regional VP/Market Manager for Anchorage and Fairbanks AK since 2012. He previously served as General Sales Manager of KJR and KJR-FM Seattle.
