iHeartMedia has launched its Bilingual Soft AC format to a fourth market with the launch of “Retro 97.9” W250CE Kissimmee/WRUM-HD3 Orlando.
Joining the “Magic” branded stations the company has launched in Miami, Fort Myers, Tucson and multiple HD subchannels across the country since last November, that brand was not available for use in the Orlando market due to iHeart AC “Magic 107.7” WMGF. W250CE covers the southern suburbs of Orlando in the Kissimmee area.
The translator had been rebroadcasting “Fox Sports Orlando” 810 WRSO Orlovista since that format launched in February. Previously the signals were Spanish News/Talk “AccÃon“.
