Audacy Milwaukee SVP/Market Manager Jason Bjorson is expanding his role taking on the same duties in Madison WI.
Bjorson joined Audacy Milwaukee last November from SAAS provider Circa where he served as Director Of Sales And Business Development since September 2021. He previously spent four years as Director of Sales for Spectrum Cable in Milwaukee and St. Louis and has spent fifteen years in radio sales with Journal and Scripps starting as an Account Executive and Field Manager in Knoxville TN from 2001-13 before moving to Milwaukee as Local Sales Manager and then General Sales Manager from 2013-17.
“Jason’s success thus far in Milwaukee has demonstrated his ability to drive growth and innovation, making him a sound choice to oversee our Madison team,” said Brian Purdy, Regional President, Audacy. “We’re looking forward to him taking the helm of our Madison market and its brands as we aim to super-serve our listeners and clients.”

Andrea Hansen, who had led the Madison cluster since July 2020, exited the company last month to join Adams Outdoor as Wisconsin General Manager. Hansen first joined Audacy in May 2015 and rose from Local Sales Manager to General Sales Manager and Director of Sales/Station Manager during her tenure in the Madison cluster.
