Radio Carlisle has appointed Bob Waters as the new Program Director and morning host at Country “Red 102.3” WCAT-FM Carlisle/Harrisburg and 1480 WRRD/100.3 W262DL Shippensburg PA following the retirement of ‘Rick on Red’ Sten.
Waters most recently had been hosting afternoons and in a sales role at Rock “Pirate 95.3” WOBR Nags Head NC. He previously worked at WCAT-FM when it was “Country 102” WHYL-FM from 1992 to 1998 followed by a run as APD/morning co-host at CHR turned Classic Rock 98.5 WYCR York PA until 2010 and was PD/morning host at Classic Rock 92.1 WTPA Harrisburg from 2013 to 2018.
Sten had served in the role since 2010 after previous career stops at WLBR Lebanon, WSFM and WMHX Harrisburg, and WARM-FM York.
