Dierking Communications has flipped AC “Z96.3 The Lake” KZDY Cawker City/Beloit KS to Classic Rock, while retaining its former brand.

The new brand will utilize programming from Local Radio Networks’ 24/7 format along with local news and sports updates from station General Manager Lydia Housh and her husband Blake Housh at 7am, 8am, 12pm and 5pm. KZDY will also continue to carry University of Kansas football and men’s basketball.

Operations Manager Derek Nester stated, “We’re thrilled to introduce this new chapter for KZDY. We believe the energy and timeless appeal of classic rock will be a perfect fit for our community.”
