Forever Media continues to peel away parts of its holdings in South Central Pennsylvania as it has sold two stations to K-Love Inc.
K-Love will acquire Hot AC “Happy 92.7” WPPY Starview/York for $385,000 and simulcaster 1320 WGET/93.7 W229DK Gettysburg for $50,000. The stations will join K-Love’s holdings in the area that include Christian AC “K-Love” 92.1 WKHL Palmyra/Harrisburg and Contemporary Worship “Air 1” 101.3 WROZ Lancaster.
Forever Media retains Classic Rock “Rocky 98.5” WYCR York-Hanover, Country “Froggy 107.7” WGTY-FM Gettysburg, and WPPY simulcaster “Happy 95.3” 1280 WHVR/W237EN Hanover. The company has a pending sale of 1490 WRKY/92.5 W223CH Lancaster to Four Rivers Community Broadcasting Corporation for $215,000.
