First Dallas Media is receiving the license of Christian Preaching 770 KAAM Garland/Dallas TX from DJRD Broadcasting as a donation valued at $1,885,128. The deal does not include the KAAM tower site, which was sold separately. KAAM had recently gone silent due to the loss of its tower site. First Dallas Media owns Christian AC 90.9 KCBI Dallas and additional simulcasters in north central Texas.
Roger Lonnquist’s Northwest Capital Corporation purchases Silent 1230 KLCB Libby MT from Lincoln County Broadcasters for $10,000. Co-owned 101.7 KTNY Libby goes to the Lonnquist led Hi-Line Radio Fellowship for $30,000. Hi-Line operates the Christian Preaching “Your Network of Praise“.
University of Utah acquires 88.9 KAGJ Ephraim UT from Snow College for $15,000.
Ryan Williams’ KBBW LLC acquires Christian Preaching 1010 KBBW Waco and translators 100.3 K262DG Georgetown, 101.3 K267CA Templa, and 105.9 K290CV Waco from the estate of his father Steve Williams’ American Broadcasting of Texas for $204,440.

Todd Marker’s RM Broadcasting will acquire 100.9 K265FH Cathedral City and 102.7 K274DA Thousand Palms CA from Ronald Cohen’s CRC Media West for $150,000. CRC retains silent 1200 KPSF Cathedral City and 1010 KXPS Thousand Palms along with two AM/translator pairs in Phoenix. RM operates five additional brands in the Palm Springs market.
Todd Bartley’s Victory Broadcasting of North Carolina acquires 92.1 W221ES Williamston NC from Conner Media Corporation for $150,000. The translator rebroadcasts Lifeline Media’s Classic Country 900 WIAM Williamston, which will also be acquired by Victory.
Prime Broadcasting sells silent 99.9 W260DA Bartow FL to Ferris Waller’s Walco Enterprises for $10,000. W260DA previously rebroadcast the seller’s 1460 WQXM Bartow, but will switch to Walco’s “Boss Hogg Radio” 1330 WWAB Lakeland.
Blairsville Music transfers 94.3 W232BD Blairsville GA to Tory Galinski’s Trokillias LLC for no consideration. W232BD currently rebroadcasts WPPL Mountain Country Radio’s Country 103.9 WPPL Blue Ridge GA.
