Townsquare Media CHR “95.5 K-Fox” KAFX Lufkin TX Brand Manager/afternoon host Dan Patrick has exited the station after over three decades at the station.
In a blog post, Country “Kicks 105” KYKS Brand Manager/afternoon host Danny Merrell wrote, “I’ve watched Dan be meticulous in making sure that every on-air and online element properly reflects the K-FOX brand. He has been steadfast in standing up for the brand even when faced with directives that he feels would do more harm than good. I know that I join thousands of Dan’s friends and fans in wishing him and his wife the best in their next chapter.”
The move leaves KAFX with an all national lineup and the Townsquare Lufkin/Nacogdoches four station cluster with just Merrell as its only local on-air staffer.
