As iHeartMedia AC “B97.3” WRNW Milwaukee continues to absorb the identity of Milwaukee Radio Alliance’s former “B93.3” WLDB, the station is bringing in the former’s morning and afternoon hosts.
Joe Krauss, who hosted mornings at WLDB from 2017 until the end of August, will take on the same role at WRNW. Krauss previously was known as ‘Average Joe’ with stints at WQAL Cleveland from 2012-17 and WIXX Green Bay. He also hosted weekends at iHeart Country “FM 106.1” WMIL Milwaukee earlier in his career.
He will be joined at “B97.3” by former WLDB afternoon host Tony Lorino. Lorino, the CEO of Throwback Brands and host of the syndicated “Throwback Nation Radio“, had hosted afternoons at “B93.3” for its final year. Lorino has previously programmed WSTR Atlanta and KZPT Kansas City, was APD of WMYX Milwaukee, and has worked at KSTZ/KIOA Des Moines and KLTA Fargo.
WLIT Chicago midday host Robin Rock will also anchor that timeslot on WRNW as she has since the brand launchd in October.
