Malkan Interactive Communications has made a round of budget cuts leading to the exits of the majority of its local airstaff at Rhythmic CHR “Hot Z95” KZFM Corpus Christi TX.
Exiting the station are morning co-host Lauren Indridson, afternoon host Chris Fonseca, and weekend host Jon ‘Bigg Bell Da Kidd’ Bell.
Indridson joined KZFM at the start of 2025 to co-host “Gino’s Neighborhood” with OM/PD Gino Flores. Indridson, who previously hosted middays on ICA Radio CHR “Planet 102.3” KKPN, also serves as a sideline reporter for ESPN+ coverage of the NCAA Southland Conference after also holding the same role for University of Houston men’s and women’s basketball. She is also the in-game host for Corpus Christi Hooks baseball and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi men’s and women’s basketball. Indridson can be reached at laurenindridson@gmail.com.

Following the cuts, Flores will remain in mornings. The newly added Dana Cortez Show will follow in middays. Tino Cochino Radio will rise from nights to afternoons with Premiere Networks’ Bootleg Kev Show at night followed by Slow Jams with R-Dub.
