Buddy Logan has exited as afternoon host at Townsquare Media Country 101.5 KNUE Tyler TX and host of the syndicated “Radio Texas Live” after fifteen years.
Logan joined KNUE in 2011 and has hosted afternoons since 2019. He was also heard in afternoons on additional Townsquare Country stations along with the Saturday night show focusing on Texas/Red Dirt Country. Prior to joining KNUE, Logan hosted a similar show at crosstown 105.7 KYKX and spent six years in the Army.
Logan shared, “After 15 years, my time with Radio Texas, LIVE!, Red Dirt BBQ & Music Festival, and TSM has come to a close. Guys, I want you to know that I’m leaving with so many great memories and so much gratitude.
I’m thankful to the artists and sponsors who trusted me with their songs, stories, and businesses. I’m thankful for my wife and daughters and their constant support. And most of all, I’m thankful for y’all, the listeners who tuned in and trusted me with your precious time and made all of it a success.
It’s been a lot of fun and more rewarding than I ever could’ve imagined when this all started. We built something special, I’ll always be proud of it, and I’m excited for the road ahead. To everyone who supported me, my family, and a little Texas and Red Dirt radio show that only a few believed could work in 2011, thank you.”
WYRK Buffalo NY morning host Clay Moden is currently listed in afternoons at KNUE.
