Educational Media Foundation has acquired Bethesda Christian Broadcasting’s 89.3 WMSJ Freeport, ME and 99.9 W260AS Lawrence, MA for $925,000.
The pair currently operate as Christian AC “Positive FM” with WMSJ serving the Portland, ME market and W260AS some of Boston’s northern suburbs. Following the closing of the acquisition the duo will be rolled into EMF’s “K-Love” Christian AC network.
Bethesda Christian Broadcasting sold its two Sturgeon Bay, WI stations to EMF in 2013. The company still operates five stations in North Dakota.
