In Northern Illinois, Shaw Local Radio looks to be making a change at AC " Sky 95.7 " WSEY Oregon/Dixon IL. Shaw, which purchased WSEY and two others from NRG Media last Fall, has registered 957Rocks.com , TheRock957.com , and 95-7TheRock.com . WSEY currently carries Westwood One's 24/7 AC programming. With KMCS Muscatine IA currently stunting after dropping its Rock format, a registration was made on Friday for King931.com . The registration doesn't give much in the way of a clue for the next format. Cumulus Media appears to be launching Classic Hip Hop on an HD subchannel in Montgomery AL. 951TheVibe.com is live promoting the brand heading to 95.1 WXFX-HD3 Montgomery where it will take the place of its simulcast of the shuttered Conservative Talk 1440 WLWI. That move would give Montgomery a second signal with the format joining Bluewater Broadcasting's " Yo 100.5 " W263BX/WQKS-HD2.
