Website Stonecom LLC
Stonecom is expanding, and we’re looking for a next-generation broadcast professional—someone who gets a genuine thrill from making audio sound impressive, tight, and intentional.
This is not an on-air position.
This is not a 9–5 job.
And this is not for someone who thinks they already know everything about radio.
This role is for someone who loves why things work, obsesses over how they can work better, and wants to build a career alongside some of the most respected radio programmers in Tennessee.
About the Role
As our Programming Liaison, you will sit at the intersection of creativity, structure, and execution. You will help shape how our stations sound, how our programming is organized, and how our commercial and promotional content comes together—learning elite radio practices along the way.
You’ll work directly with top-tier programmers, production staff, and leadership, gaining hands-on experience that most broadcasters don’t see until much later in their careers, from industry-proven, award-winners.
What You’ll Do
* Create audio and programming that sounds exciting, intentional, and professional for radio
* Organize and help program satellites, shows, games, interviews, and specialty content
* Assist with scheduling, structure, and execution of station programming
* Take detailed notes, document workflows, and help create repeatable procedures
* Ask smart questions and seek to understand the why behind programming decisions and processes
* Bring ideas to the table—while knowing when to listen first… you don’t know what you don’t know.
* Constantly look for ways to improve systems, sound, and process, while being respectful of company-wide standards
Who This Is For
You might be a great fit if you:
* Get energized by making things sound really good
* Are detail-oriented and curious about how things work behind the scenes
* Love learning new skills and aren’t afraid to start from scratch
* Have ideas—but also the humility to know what you don’t know
* Enjoy structure, documentation, and improving workflows
* Respect experience without pretending you already have it
* Understand that radio is a 24/7 business, not a clock-in, clock-out job
* Want to be surrounded by elite professionals and rise to their level
Who This Is Not For
Someone looking for a comfortable routine
Someone expecting a strict 9–5 schedule
Someone who thinks years alone equal excellence
Someone unwilling to listen, learn, or take notes
Someone who believes radio is “easy”
Someone with extensive programming experience
Experience & Background
* Some broadcast, production, media, or creative knowledge and experience is a plus, but not required
* No on-air experience necessary
* Early-career professionals, recent graduates, or fast learners strongly encouraged
If you have decades of experience and think this role would be “beneath” you—it’s not the right fit.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Low $40,000s annually (based on experience)
Full benefits package including:
Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
Paid time off
Retirement plan
Why Stonecom?

This is a chance to build real skills, earn trust, and grow fast in a business that still rewards people who care deeply about quality.
