Lynchburg Radio Group’s 103.9 WXCF-FM Big Island/Lynchburg VA dropped its simulcast of sister Hot AC 93.7 WKHF on Friday to become Urban AC “Hot 103.9“.
The station is branding itself as “Central VA’s Home for R&B From 90s, 2K, and Today”.
