Lincoln Financial Media has completed the move-in of Sports “104.3 The Ticket” WAXY-FM West Palm Beach into the Miami market.

Now licensed to Miramar, the station is now in a 100% simulcast of 790 WAXY as previously it had to break away at times due to contractual conflicts with Good Karma Broadcasting’s “ESPN 760/106.3” WEFL in the West Palm Beach market. The station can now air ESPN Radio’s Colin Cowherd and Miami Heat games on the FM in addition to the FM.

WAXY-FM is now operating with 100kW at 283 meters giving it full market coverage of the Miami/Fort Lauderdale market. Lincoln Financial Media purchased the FM from CBS in August 2012 for $13 Million after CBS sold the remainder of its West Palm Beach cluster to Palm Beach Broadcasting.
