Committed as part of their license to contribute $4.9 million over seven years towards developing local artists. The contest seeks to discover twelve artists from Alberta who will compete over the year in performances, bootcamps, and online votes for a $100,953 grand prize, $75,000 second prize, and $50,000 third place prize.
