The new “102.1 More-FM” W271BV Hagerstown/106.9 WWEG-HD2 Myersville, MD debuted on Thursday, April 9.
The AC station is launching with a promise of 54 minutes of music per hour. Chris Elliott, Program Director of sister Hot AC “Key 103” WAFY Frederick adds those duties for W271BV as well.

The new translator will compete with West Virginia Radio Corporation’s 97.5 WLTF Martinsburg, WV and Alpha Media Hot AC “Mix 95.1” WIKZ Chambersburg, PA. Manning purchased W271BV in October for $25,000 from Airport Investors as the translator made a series of applications to move into Hagerstown proper. When launched it will operate with 250 watts at 74 meters from the tower of sister News/Talk 1490 WARK.
Manning registered 1021MoreFM.com, More102.com, More102Music.com, and MoreFMHagerstown.com last September and is already including the station in its marketing materials.
