After just over a year as Adult R&B “Memphis Soul 104.1“, Flinn Broadcasting has flipped 1240 WMSO Southaven MS/104.1 W281BR Memphis TN to Classic Hip-Hop “Bumpin 104.1“.
This marks the second attempt at the “Bumpin” brand in Memphis for Flinn. 96.1 WIVG Tunica MS/96.3 W242CF Memphis previously were known as “Bumpin 96” from January 2015 through February 2016. Cumulus also had the format on “98.9 The Vibe” WKIM-FM from February 2015 to October 2017.
WMSO will continue to feature Reach Media’s Rickey Smiley Morning Show with the format change.
