One month after ceasing operations as its owner prepares to sell the land its towers are located at, WNAP Inc. has surrendered the license of Gospel “Gospel Highway 11” 1110 WNAP Norristown/Philadelphia PA. The 4.8kW daytimer had stopped broadcasting on March 1, although its programming continues to stream online.
FCC Actions
The FCC has entered a Consent Decree with Southern Consumers Education Foundation’s Adult R&B/Community 88.3 KIEE St. Martinville LA for failure to comply with the Online Public File Rule.
At the FCC’s monthly open meeting on Thursday, April 22, the agency will consider a proposal to impose a limit of ten applications filed by any party in the upcoming 2021 filing window for new noncommercial educational FM stations.
