Veteran programmer and personality Jay Michaels has launched “Jay Michaels Media” providing voicetracking and content services to stations.
Michaels, who most recently served as Assistant Brand Manager of Audacy Hot AC “Mix 96.5” KHMX and Variety Hits “95.7 The Spot” KKHH Houston, has also served as Operations Manager for Cumulus Media Shreveport LA and and spent seven years at Cumulus Indianapolis as PD of CHR “Energy 93.9” WYRG and Classic Hits 104.5 WJJK. He has also worked at WMGI Terre Haute, WDJX Louisville, and WSTO Evansville IN.
The new service launches with Michaels hosting mornings on Coastal Television Hot AC “Z96.5” WAZY Lafayette IN, afternoons on Stonecom AC “http://WWWY“>Lite Rock 95.9” WLQK Cookeville TN, and services for White River Broadcasting in Columbus IN.
