Dustin ‘Haze’ Monroe has exited his role as APD/afternoon host at iHeartMedia CHR “Z107.7” KSLZ St. Louis.
Haze had returned to KSLZ in May 2024 after previously hosting nights at the station from 2006 to 2009. He also had been tracking weekend shifts for many of the company’s Alternative stations. His career has included multiple stops in the St. Louis market including CHR “Now 96.3” KNOU from 2015-20 and Hot AC “Y98” KYKY from 2020-23. He began his career in 2002 at KJCK Manhattan KS and has also held on-air roles at KDGS and KZCH Wichita, KDHT Austin, WXSS Milwaukee, and WDZH Detroit along with being APD of WZNR Norfolk. During his tenure at Audacy, he also tracked for stations including KRSK Portland and KUDL Sacramento.
Haze noted that he was informed of his lay off while sitting in the ICU as his father recovered from surgery.
