Lotus Broadcasting Rhythmic CHR “Q97.1” KSEQ Visalia/Fresno is revamping its on-air lineup as two longtime personalities are exiting the station.
The “Greg & Dre” morning show hosted by Greg Hoffman and Andre ‘Dre’ Covington will come to an end after 25 years. The duo joined KSEQ in August 2013 after exiting iHeartMedia’s “B95” KBOS where they were known as “The Juice Crew”. Hoffman, who also serves as KSEQ Program Director, will remain with the station in middays. Covington, who is also a touring comedian, states that he is moving on to his next journey. During their run the show was briefly simulcast in Bakersfield. They will be replaced in mornings by the syndicated Dana Cortez Show.
Current midday host Kimmie Marquez will move to afternoons as Alexis ‘Lexi’ Govea is departing. Govea, who has been with KSEQ since 2021, is also departing her role as a reporter and fill-in anchor at KMPH-TV for a new television position in Texas.
