Salem Media Group utilized the Republican Presidential Debate it is co-hosting with CNN to debut Conservative Talk “1260 The Buzz” WBIX Boston.
The station is featuring many of Salem’s national Conservative hosts including Bill Bennett 6-9am, Mike Gallagher 9am-12pm, Dennis Prager 12-3pm, Michael Medved 3-6pm, Hugh Hewitt 6-9pm, and Eric Metaxas 9-11pm.
Many of these hosts were previously featured in Boston on Salem’s 1150 WTTT (Now WWDJ) when it was Conservative Talk from 2003 until 2008. WBIX joins a crowded field of low-powered AM Conservative Talkers battling with Entercom’s 680 WRKO that includes iHeartMedia’s 1430 WKOX and Daly XXL’s 1510 WMEX.
