SJ Broadcasting has flipped Classic Rock 105.9 WGKC Mahomet/Champaign-Urbana, IL to Country “US 105.9“.
Branded as “New Country & All Time Favorites”, the move places the station between Saga’s combo of 100.3 WIXY and Classic Country 99.1 WYXY.
“US 105.9” will feature the syndicated Big D & Bubba in mornings, station OM Ken Cunningham in afternoons, and the syndicated Lia at night.
In addition to WGKC, SJ Broadcasting owns CHR “Q96” WQQB and Sports simulucast “ESPN 93.5/95.3” WJEK/WSJK in the Champaign-Urbana market.
