Cumulus has shifted “B98.7” KBEE Salt Lake City from AC to Adult CHR.
The station is now branding itself as “Utah’s Hit Music Station” and running commercial free through the holiday weekend. Out with the changes are husband and wife morning team Todd & Erin Collard who were dismissed by the company yesterday. Replacing them is the syndicated Kidd Kraddick.
KBEE registered a 3.0 share in the May PPMs. It continues to exist in a crowded Salt Lake City marketplace between existing Hot AC’s “Now 97.9” KBZN and “My 99.5” KJMY as well as an AC and two Mainstream CHRs.
