Great Eastern Radio is exercising its option to acquire 104.3 WECM Keeseville, NY from Electromagnetic Company. Formerly licensed to Hartford, VT the station recently completed its move to Keeseville where it serves the Burlington, VT/Plattsburgh, NY market. In exchange for the station, Electromagnetic will receive a 6.4% stake in Great Eastern. WECM is currently stunting with Christmas Music as “Ho Ho 104“.
William Taylor is transferring Country “Gila 101.9” KQSS Miami, AZ and Oldies “Jukebox 1240” KJAA Globe to Rollye and James Cornell in exchange for previous service rendered to the stations. Rollye Cornell is a long time Talk host better known by her longtime on-air name Rollye James.
Tron Dinh Do’s Intelli, LLC is acquiring “ESPN 1460” KCLE Burleson, TX, 93.1 K226BM Cleburne and the CP for 95.7 K239CC Burleson for $1.6 million. KCLE is currently licensed to M&M Broadcasters, while the translators are owned by M&M principle Gary Moss.

High Plains Radio Network sells Classic Hits 97.7 KATX Eastland, TX to For Love of the Game Broadcasting for $450,000. The buyer has been operating KATX via LMA since January 2013.
