Big Country105.3 WBNN 840 WKTR 99.1WKTR Inc. is donating 840 WKTR Earlysville, VA to Calvary Chapel of Twin Falls with a fair market value of $120,000. WKTR had been utilized to feed 99.1 W256BY Charlottesville, however that translator has been sold to Saga Communications leaving WKTR no longer viable as part of the “Big Country” simulcast with 105.3 WBNN-FM Dillwyn.

After their previous sale of AAA “104.7 The Mile” KKVM Vail, CO failed to close, Vail Radio Partners agrees to sell the station to Cool Radio LLC for $250,000 including a Time Brokerage Agreement starting immediately.

4-K Radio sells Talk 950 KOZE and Rock “Z-Rock 96.5” KOZE-FM Lewiston, ID to McVey Entertainment Group for $175,000.

Tehama County Community Broadcasters transfers 90.7 KTHM Red Bluff, CA to Golden Valley Community Broadcasters for $1. The buyer owns Community 90.1 KZFR Chico.

Translator Sales

Aruba Capital Holdings acquires 97.1 W246BP Sanford, ME from Light of Life Ministries for $78,750 to rebroadcast Aruba’s “Classic Rock 92.1” WXEX-FM Sanford.. The translator will shortly file an application to relocate to Stratham, NH as indicated in the sale documents.

Edgewater Broadcasting sells 92.3 W222BC Sandersville, GA to Exponent Broadcasting for $15,000. W222BC will continue to rebroadcast 90.3 WKIH Vidalia.
