Following the closing of its purchase of Dix Communications cluster in Cumberland MD, Forever Media has begun bringing the stations in line with its corporate branding.
Classic Rock “Go 106.1” WKGO Cumberland MD rebranded on Monday as “Rocky 106” under new WRQE call letters. No changes to the station’s airstaff accompanied the new name.
Forever already uses the “Rocky” name on Classic Rockers in Altoona and Johnstown PA.
