Daily Domains 5/9: 93.1 For Louisville And Not Las Vegas?

[membership level="2,3"] Two weeks ago we reported on a trio of domains registered by iHeartMedia for purported use in Las Vegas. Upon further review it now appears those domains are for likely use at Active Rock " 93.1 The Fox " WTFX-FM Clarksville IN/Louisville. While Alt931.com is now pointing to WTFX's site, all signs point to the station becoming Urban " Real 93.1 ". While a Twitter account @Alt931 was created for the station and then changed to claim to be for an auto part after being discovered , multiple social media accounts for @Real931Lou have been established on every major platform . A flip to Urban would give a direct competitor to Alpha Media's " B96.5 " WGZB. That station is currently ranked third in the Louisville market with a 6.4 share trailing only iHeart's News/Talk 840 WHAS and Country 97.5 WAMZ . Alpha currently owns the Urban market with WGZB and sister Urban AC " Magic 101.3 " WMJM and Classic Hip-Hop " Old School 105.1 " WGHL. [/membership]
