Original Report 11/30:In many markets AM News/Talk stations are adding FM simulcasts on an almost daily basis. In Columbia SC, where WVOC added a simulcast on October 26, the station will soon drop its programming from its longtime AM home.
The programming of Sports “1400 The Team” WCOS will slide down to the more powerful 560 stick. This will open the door for 1400 to become Gospel “Hallelujah 1400“. Both 560TheTeam.com (which currently redirects to WHYN Springfield, MA as a decoy) and Hallelujah1400.com were registered by Clear Channel earlier this month.
