Delta Radio Networks ended its LMA of Mondy-Burke Broadcasting’s 104.7 Greenville MS at the start of 2017 leading to the return of its previous Gospel format.
The Urban “104.7 The Beat” WIBT format and call letters became “97.9 The Beat” replacing AC “Lite 97.9” WLTM. This marks the third frequency for WIBT, as it aired on 105.5 Indianola MS until moving to 104.7 in July 2014.
With the LMA over, Mondy-Burke flipped 104.7 back to the Gospel format it held prior to the LMA start and its former WJIW call letters.
