Educational Media Foundation will acquire AC “101.3 The Jockey” WJKE Stillwater NY from Empire Broadcasting for $550,000.
The station serves the northern portion of the Albany NY market including Saratoga. The signal will be paired with EMF’s 94.5 WYKV Ravena/Albany whose coverage contour nearly ends where WJKE’s begins.
Upon completion of the sale, Empire Broadcasting will retain Standards “Moon Radio 900” WABY Watervliet, AAA “106.1 The X” 1160 WAIX Mechanicsville/106.1 W291BY Albany, and Talk/Business “Empire News Network” 1240 WPTR Schnectady.
