B-Dub Moves To 106.7 The Bull Denver As APD/Afternoon Host

106.7 The Bull Denver KWBL KYWY KBPIBryan ‘B-Dub’ Washington is moving to iHeartMedia Country “106.7 The Bull” KWBL Denver as Assistant Program Director/Afternoon Host.

Washington joins KWBL from iHeartMedia’s “92.5 The Bull” KBEB Sacramento where he spent the past 11 months as Program Director. B-Dub has also worked as at Music Director at 107.9 KMLE Phoenix, APD/MD at “98.7 The Bull” KUPL Portland, and on-air in CHR at “Wired 96.5” WRDW-FM and “Q102” WIOQ Philadelphia and “103.7 Kiss-FM” WXSS Milwaukee.

He is also the host of the syndicated Buckwild Saturday Night.

iHeartMedia Denver announced today that Bryan “B-Dub” Washington has been named Assistant Program Director, Music Director and Afternoon Drive Host for 106.7 The Bull, Colorado’s New Country, effective immediately. iHeartMedia Denver has a strong cross-platform presence and includes a number of iconic brands and franchises — both broadcast and digital — encompassing more than 858 stations comprised of music, talk and news formats.

In addition, iHeartMedia Denver announced that the nationally syndicated “The Bobby Bones Show” will now air on 106.7 The Bull on weekday mornings from 5am to 10am MST. The station launched on December 18, 2017, with 10,000 songs in a row from top Country artists including Kenny Chesney, Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton, Tim McGraw, Luke Bryan and Miranda Lambert.

iHeartMedia has the leading consumer reach and influence across multiple platforms and delivers more live programming than any other media company. As Assistant Program Director and Music Director, Washington will assist in the day-to-day operations of the station’s music programming and scheduling of music logs as well as be responsible for working with JoJo on the station’s imaging and branding. His show will air from 3p to 7p MST on weekdays. Washington will report to JoJo Turnbeaugh, Region Senior Vice President of Programming West Division – Denver Region for iHeartMedia Denver.

“Following an extensive nationwide search, it was clear that B-Dub is uniquely qualified and the perfect fit to join 106.7 The Bull’s new family,” said JoJo Turnbeaugh, Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia’s West Division and Denver Region. “B-Dub’s vast knowledge of the Country format, outstanding relationships within the Country music scene and incredible work ethic are exactly what we need to take 106.7 The Bull to new heights.”

Washington joins 106.7 The Bull from iHeartMedia Sacramento, where he served as Program Director at 92.5 The Bull, No. 1 for New Country in Sacramento. While studying at the
University of Oregon, he worked at KUPL-Portland and then spent time at KMLE-Phoenix. Washington also hosts the Nationally Syndicated show, “Buckwild Saturday Night with B-Dub.”
