University of Northwestern-St. Paul is acquiring Full Service 1530 KDSN and 107.1 KDSN-FM Denison IA from Mikadety Radio Corporation for $1.25 million. As part of the deal, KDSN-FM applied to move to 104.9 to allow 107.1 KNWI Osceola IA to move-in to the Des Moines market.
Bowman Broadcasting agrees to acquire 740 WHMT Tullahoma TN and its two translators: 95.1 W236DG Manchester and 105.1 W286BG Tullahoma from GRA Communications for $55,000. The sellers bought the station for $260,000 in 2016.
Seven Mountains Media is adding half of the Hot AC “Yes-FM” simulcast in North Central Pennsylvania with the acquisition of 96.9 WVYS Ridgebury and 107.3 W297BG Ulster PA from GEOS Communications for $285,000 plus an additional $50,000 should the station apply and be granted a CP to increase from a Class A to B1.

Lay Witness Broadcasting sells Christian “90.7 the Wind” WPTJ Paris KY to Somerset Educational Broadcasting Foundation for $240,000 with an additional $25,000 going to John & Patricia Smith for the tower site.

Frandsen Media Groups acquires 95.3 K237GA St. George and the CP for 93.3 K227CO Logan UT from Michael Thompson, the bankruptcy trustee of Community Translator Network for $90,000. K237GA will rebroadcast an HD subchannel of 95.9 KZHK St. George, while K227CO will rebroadcast 92.9 KBLQ-FM Logan.
Immaculate Heart Media sells 102.9 K275BJ Placerville CA to KAHI Corporation for $15,000. KAHI will relocate the translator to Auburn CA to rebroadcast News/Talk 950 KAHI.
Voice For Christ Ministries acquires 94.3 K232FQ Togiak AK from Chignik Radio Association for $1. K232FQ will continue to rebroadcast the buyer’s 100.1 KYKD Bethel AK.
