Brad Hildebrand’s Computraffic Inc. has completed the move of 107.1 K296HA Washington MO to a new tower site in O’Fallon MO leading to a flip to Hot AC.

K296HA, which is fed by 1350 KRAP Washington, used the move to flip from Sports to Hot AC as “Westplex 107.1“. The new format is meant to be a hyperlocal station for the western suburbs of St. Louis including Dardenne Prairie, Lake Saint Louis, St. Peters, and Wentzville. The station is being paired with local directory website Westplex.com.

The format meshes with sister Hot AC 104.5 KSLQ Washington, which serves the area south and west of KRAP/K296HA.
